Lush Frozen Bath Bomb

It's been a while since I talked about one of the many many Lush products that has graced my bathroom and body. Juan recently picked me up a handful of treats, including Frozen bath bomb. As you may well know by now, this ballistic, unsurprising inspired by the Disney phenomenon, was originally available only at the Oxford Street flagship but was recently part of the national roll out so you'll now be able to pick this up in your local Lush.

As you can see, it's two tone, giving the appearance of being covered in snow. Frozen is chockablock with nourishing and fragrant oils - neroli, rose & grapefruit. This mix makes for a light, fresh and floral scent, not too dissimilar to super popular body scrub "Rub Rub Rub".
On plopping Frozen in the water, it's quite a slow dissolver, turning the water a beautiful bright blue and eventually a wispy white layer marbles through and settles over it. Once it's finished fizzing away, you're left with a gorgeous azure coloured tub, glistening with glitter and water that feels silky on the skin.

Sounds good so far, doesn't it? Unfortunately there is a "but" here - visually it's nearly identical but, in my opinion, inferior to a certain other bath bomb. Having said that, the scents are almost polar opposites as Intergalatic is a fresh, minty yet sweet fragrance. I liked Frozen however when I go shopping for bath products, I only need one glittery, bright blue bath bomb and it wouldn't be this one I'd buy again. If Lush were to make a bubble bar with the same smell as Frozen, then it would be more difficult let it go, as I am fond of that light flowery aroma.
